Some forms can be printed and used as such. However, when printing a form, please make sure of its quality and take into account the number of copies required, when applicable.
Some forms can only be viewed on line; they cannot be printed or copied. If you need to use these forms, we recommend ordering them from your financial centre.
Webmail redirection form
How do I redirect my Webmail towards a personal address?
It is possible to redirect your Webmail towards a personal address. All messages sent to your Webmail will automatically be redirected towards the new e-mail address. For example, Webi user John Smith usually uses the software Outlook (JSmith@sympatico.ca) to access and manage his e-mail. Upon request, all e-mail sent to the address John.Smith@lfs.qc.ca will automatically be redirected to the address JSmith@sympatico.ca.
A request form must be completed for any Webmail redirection towards a personal address.
Elements of Caution
Redirecting a Webmail address is not necessarily recommended for all users. Therefore, before choosing this option, please be advised that you inevitably loose your present electronic address which confirms your alliance with Desjardins Financial Security (@dfs.ca).
If you choose to redirect your e-mail with a free electronic courier on the Web (MSN, Hotmail, Yahoo), your storage capacity will unavoidably be inferior to the capacity you presently benefit from with Webmail If you redirect your e-mail towards e-mail management Software such as Outlook and Outlook Express, you will henceforth be unable to access your e-mail from the computer of your choice.
